- Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi
- Complete immigration and visa-on-arrival formalities
- Meet the driver at the airport and proceed to the pre-booked hotel

- Begin your city exploration of Hanoi
- Visit the Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university, established in the 11th century
- Explore the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, historically used by the French for political prisoners and later by North Vietnam during the Vietnam War; known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton”
- Return to the hotel and relax
- Get picked up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Lily’s office in Hoan Kiem district
- Depart for Ninh Binh province by road
- Take a short break during the journey to relax
- Visit Hoa Lư, the ancient capital of Vietnam (968–1010), and learn about the country’s feudal history under the Dinh, Le, and Ly dynasties
