Itinerary

On the first day, you’ll arrive at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati by 10 AM.
After your arrival, you will depart for Kaziranga, a renowned wildlife destination in Assam.
The journey from Guwahati to Kaziranga will take you through scenic landscapes, and you’ll reach Kaziranga by evening.
Once you arrive in Kaziranga, you’ll check-in to your accommodation and enjoy an overnight stay to rest up for the adventures ahead.

Early in the morning of Day 2, you’ll wake up to experience an exciting Jungle Safari in Kaziranga.
After the safari, you’ll have a delicious breakfast and then start your journey towards Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya.
The drive to Shillong will take you through picturesque surroundings, and you’ll arrive in Shillong by evening.
Upon arrival, you’ll check-in to your accommodation in Shillong and spend the night there.

Your day will begin with a hearty breakfast at your Shillong accommodation.
After breakfast, you’ll check out from your Shillong hotel and depart for the stunning Laitlum Grand Canyon.
Laitlum, known for its breathtaking views, will offer you a mesmerizing experience of nature’s beauty.
From there, you’ll head towards Shnongpdeng, a riverside destination known for its crystal-clear Umngot River and picturesque surroundings.
On the way to Shnongpdeng, you’ll also get to visit the enchanting Krang Shuri Waterfalls.
Upon reaching Shnongpdeng, you’ll check in to your camps, unwind by the riverside, enjoy a bonfire, have dinner, and spend a peaceful night amidst nature.

Day 4 promises an adventure-filled experience with water activities by the riverside in Shnongpdeng.
After enjoying the water activities and a delightful breakfast, you’ll proceed towards Mawlynnong, a village recognized as the cleanest in Asia.
Later in the day, you’ll journey to Cherrapunjee, famed for its lush landscapes and abundant rainfall.
Upon your arrival in Cherrapunjee, you’ll check-in to your hotel and stay overnight.

Following breakfast, you’ll embark on a trip to Tyrna Village.
From Tyrna Village, you’ll begin a trek to witness the renowned Single Root Bridge, a fascinating example of nature and engineering.
After visiting the Single Root Bridge, you’ll proceed to explore the astonishing Double Decker Bridge, an iconic natural wonder.
The trek back to Tyrna Village will mark the completion of your trekking adventure, and from there, you’ll head back to Cherrapunjee.
You’ll check in to your Cherrapunjee hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 6 begins with breakfast at your Cherrapunjee hotel, after which you’ll check out.
The day’s explorations will include a visit to the captivating Mawsmai Caves, a network of limestone caves.
Your journey will also take you to witness the awe-inspiring Nohkalikai Waterfall, India’s tallest plunge waterfall.
Additionally, you’ll get to experience the enchanting Wei Sawdong Waterfalls, a multi-tiered cascade.
After these exciting adventures, you’ll make your way back to Shillong, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore the bustling Police Bazaar.
You’ll check into your Shillong accommodation and spend the night there.

On the final day of your adventure, you’ll enjoy a delectable breakfast with a view in Shillong.
After breakfast, you’ll depart for Guwahati, and en route, you’ll have the chance to visit Umiam Lake, a serene water reservoir.
You’ll arrive at Guwahati Airport in the evening, and it’s recommended that you book your flights for departure after 5 PM.
